The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم ) Said, "A True Good Dream Is From Allah

, And A Bad Dream Is From Satan." [Bukhari]

Prophet(صلى الله عليه وسلم) Said And If He Saw A Dream

 Which He Disliked Then He Should Seek Refuge With Allah

 From Its Evil And From The Evil Of Satan, And Spit Three Times

 On His Left And Should Not Tell It To Anybody, For It Will Not

 Harm Him".[Bukhari]

The Prophet(صلى الله عليه وسلم) Said: " When Any One Of You Sees A

 Hulm (Dream From Satan) He Should Not Inform Anyone, For It Is A

 Sort Of Vain Sport Of Devil In The State Of Sleep". [Muslim]

Before Going To Sleep Wipe Your Bed Three Times With A Cloth

 And Then Sit On It. Read Ayat Ul Kursi. (Masnoon Practice).

Then Read Surah Ikhlas Falaq And Naas Blow On The Palm Of

 Your Hands And Then Wipe Your Hands All Over Your Body.

 Do This Process Three Times And Then Go To Sleep. 

If You See A Bad Dream Spit Three Times On Your Left And

 Read The Following Dua

اَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ هٰذِهِ الرُّوْيَا 

"I Seek Allah’s Protection From The Accursed Shaitaan And

 From The Evil Of This Bad Dream.
